POR CHRISTIAN LEÓN: CORRESPONSAL DE OCHOYMEDIO
Querido diario. Hoy fue mi primer reencuentro con el Bafici. No muy bueno, por lo pronto. Encuentro a Buenos Aires hermosa y caótica, como siempre. Por casualidad me he alojado en la calle Anchorena, muy cerca de donde viví hace cuatro años. También cerca del Abasto Shopping, sede del Festival. Llegué ansioso a La Meca, ávido de películas y cerveza. Pesqué una función que incluía tres cortometrajes: “Viento Sur” de Paz Encina, “La maleta” de Raúl Ruiz y “Sin título (carta para Serra)” de Lisandro Alonso. El primero no se proyectó por fallas técnicas, la pobre de Paz dio una serie de explicaciones mientras el público inclemente pedía devolución de las entradas. Tranquila querida, hasta en las mejores familias pasa. El segundo era un primer cortometraje de Raúl Ruiz, que se suponía perdido. El estilo experimental y vanguardista fue demasiado para mi cuerpo que llevaba dos días sin dormir. Luego Alonso, uno de mis directores amados, que retoma la estética y el personaje de “La libertad” (su primer largometraje). Con un vago sinsabor decidí ir por unas cervezas. Le dije chau a El Abasto, mañana me desquito.
